Handmade Orders and Production Time
- Handmade Nature: Every set is handmade, meaning minor variations in color, design, and nail shape placement may occur
- Processing Time: All custom sets require 2 business days of creation time before that are shipped
- Business Days: Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays
Sizing Accuracy Liability
- Customer Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for measuring your nails accurately before ordering
- Zero Liability: We hold zero liability and will not issue refunds for nails that do not fit due to incorrect customer measurements
- Screen Variations: Screen displays show colors differently, so we cannot guarantee the physical product matches your screen color exactly
Shipping and Lost Packages
- Carrier Liability: Once the package is handed to the United States Postal Service (USPS, we are no longer responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or theft
- Delivery Issues: Customers must contact USPS directly using their provided tracking number to resolve delivery errors
- Address Errors: Buyers must pay the reshipment fee if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout
International orders and customs
- Customs and Duties: International buyers are solely responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or VAT duties levied by their country
- Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by international customs proceeding centers
Pricing and Service Changes
- Price Modifications: We reserve the right to change product pricing, or shipping fees at any time without notice
- Right to refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders to anyone for any reason
