Processing & Production Times
Because every nail set is handmade to order, we require time to create your items before they ship.
- Standard Processing: All custom sets require 2 business days of creation time before shipment
- Business Days: Processing does not occur on weekends or federal holidays
- Order Changes: Changes to sizes or shapes cannot be made after your 24 hour cancellation window closes
Shipping Carrier & Rates
We ship all packages using the United States Postal Service (USPS)
- Calculated Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on the package weight and destination
- Tracking: Every order includes a USPS tracking number, sent via email once your label is printed
International Shipping & Customs
We proudly ship our press-ons worldwide!
- Duties and Taxes: International buyers are solely responsible for any custom fees, import taxes, or VAT duties levied by their destination country
- Delivery Windows: International shipping times vary significantly depending on your country’s customs processing speeds
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Once your package is accepted by USPS, Press Ons by Bry is no longer liable for the shipment!
- Delivery Issues: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot find it, please contact your local USPS post office directly
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if entered incorrectly at checkout. Buyers must pay a reshipment fee if the package is returned to us
